Consider the motor car as the most dangerous 'robot' created.
Personally I know of 40 people that have died by it.
More than all the rest of causes of death put together.
The motor industry destroys so much, and yet,
it is so everyday, so normal, that it just gets ignored.
If an aircraft crashes it gets broadcast on all the news channels
for weeks afterwards.
I just find it perplexing at the way that these 'robots' cause so much
destruction, and yet the problem is ignored, and people are worried
about futuristic threats that do not even exist.
People do not care enough to halve the speed limit because they are in
such a hurry to 'get somewhere'.
Robots have already taken over the world, and their creators are blind to it.
Where I live, people (like 95+%) drive stupidly.
They waste gas and create unnecessary dangers and do not enjoy the drive like they could.

The reason to address AI right now
I wanted to address this a bit today and likely follow up on it in the future is because a Facebook friend posted a link about advances in AI - and it led me to this video - you know how it is. People say stuff and then you follow your own trail on it.

Interesting discussion with Bill Gates and Elon Musk (creator of spacex used by Nasa, and in the future the first -wait - (I am not supposed to talk about the future?) and ceo of Tesla motors). Superintelligence?
