All time best book is Frank Herbert's 'Dune'.
Especially rich narrative in dealing with the future of the mind,
as well as a unique take on advances in technology.
He also explores religion in a highly sophisticated way.

Currently reading 'The Celestine Prophecy'.
Can't work out if I can see an aura or not.
There seems to be a faint turquoise glow around my hand
when I place it against a black background.
But it may just be an optical illusion.
